It's all about Family, Flexibility, and Freedom for our owner, Tom Eames. Tom grew up in Norton, OH and now lives in Strongsville, OH. He and his wife Mary have been happily married for 15 years. Having four boys: Austin 12, Avery 10, Anderson 8, Asher 6, he wants to raise them to be men that are generous, humble, honest, and hard working. We want to live those values out for every homeowner we work with. It's all about Family for Tom. For us as a company, it's all about families helping families.
Jeff Welcsh
Jeff and Cathy and their Two sons grew up in Akron and Lakewood, Ohio. Both of their sons attended St Ignatius, high school in Cleveland. Their older son David lives in Nashville and his pursuing a musical career. Their group “The Thing With Feathers” can be heard on all musical platforms. They are in the final stages of completing their first full length album. Younger son, Jack played one Year of football at the University of Cincinnati and was offered a Scholarship to go play lacrosse at the University of Michigan where he is today. Jeff and Cathy have been happily married for 35 years. They love family and Being a integral part of their boys lives.
